Lindsey original master diabolical plan was to just make Emily's life miserable by taking away the thing that mattered most to her - Gerard. She never planned on getting pregnant, she when she missed a period it threw her off, this was not part of the plan and she definately did not want a baby. She booked herself in for an abortion, Jess saw what she was planning and of course she had to meddle, she told Gerard what she was planning and he went after her, begged her to not kill his child. She reluctantly agreed to keep the baby. But the pregnancy was not kind to her, she had terrible morning sickness throughout the whole of her pregnancy, she struggled to force herself to eat anything because she knew it wouldn't stay down for long.
When she eventually went into labour, nearly two weeks late. She finally told Gerard the horrible truth, she never loved him. She had only got with him to mess with Emily and that the only thing she was sorry for was that she had got stuck with his child. Her told her, that he was going to fight for that baby, he would get full custody of her and Lindsey would never see her. When Rosie was born Lindsey wouldn't hold her, she wouldn't even look at her. As she as the doctors gave them the all clear and said that they were alright to leave she took the small little bundle and left her on Gerard's doorstep, with a note saying she wanted nothing to do with the baby, he wanted her now he could have her.
Growing up Rosie actually got along with her older half sister, Leah, no one talked about Rosie's mother and she never asked, she was happy, she had everything she needed. It was only when Rosie was 11 and she heard her Dad and Jess's conversation. Her mother was back in town and she wanted her daughter back, Rosie was curious, she had so many questions like why she had abandoned her in the first place that she sneaked out to go find her mum - even if it was just to go kick her ass. Everyone went looking for Rosie, searched for hours but they never found her, no one heard anything for a few years, they kept looking for her, not wanting to give up and jess an eye out for her in her visions but Rosie knew how her powers worked and kept changing her mind fo Jess wouldn't see where she was.
Rosie's back and she's going to cause a hell lot of trouble.
